After-Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We are very confident in our quality. To reduce unnecessary shipping costs for you during international shopping and to provide reliable protection, we have established the following friendly and clear after-sales terms.
I. Within 3 days of receiving the product – We will provide a return or exchange for any quality issues or shipping damage.
• Please inspect the product within 3 calendar days of signing for the package.
• If you find any manufacturing defects, functional problems, or damage caused by transportation (not due to human error), please take photos or record a short video and contact us via email.
• Once verified, we will provide you with:
• Full refund
• Or a free replacement
• We will cover the basic shipping costs for returns and exchanges (using the most economical and trackable shipping method). If you choose a faster courier, you will need to pay for any additional costs. Please do not use collect on delivery.
II. No quality issues after 3 days – We offer 1 year free repair, no returns or exchanges.
• If the product was in perfect working order upon receipt, but problems arise only during later use, please rest assured that we will still provide you with a warranty.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for subjective reasons: such as "dislike of the feel, tone not meeting expectations, different from what I imagined," etc. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
• 1-year limited warranty (non-human-caused damage): Within one year from the date of receipt, we provide free repairs for non-human-caused malfunctions.
• We will cover the cost of repair parts and labor.
• No returns, no replacements.
• Shipping costs: You are responsible for the shipping cost to our product, and we will cover the return shipping cost (each party pays for one leg).
• The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, but may be subject to paid repair at our discretion: human-caused damage, normal wear and tear (such as consumables like strings and bow hair), and changes in the wood due to environmental temperature and humidity.
III. Warm Reminder
• International shipping costs are high. We sincerely recommend that you carefully inspect the product within 3 days of signing for it. If no quality issues or shipping damage are reported within 3 days, the product is considered accepted, and subsequent repairs will only be supported; returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
• Repair services require the product to be sent back to our company, which typically takes 4–8 weeks round trip. Thank you for your patience.
• Our product quality is stable, and in most cases, you will not need to use our return and exchange policy. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will handle it seriously.
IV. How to Apply for After-Sales Service
